Later on, it was relocated to Qatar Flour Mills campus near Doha Port and since then it has been running 24 hours to cater our reputed Clientele and Patrons. Ummsaid Bakery is the biggest Bakery in Doha by all means. Be it infrastructure, production capacity, technology & machinery or the sheer strength of the skilled staff, Ummsaid Bakery leads the Bakery – Industry in Qatar. In the line of Quality & Prompt Service, there is only one name which is trusted and that explains our client list viz. Qatar Army, Qatar Police, Ministry of Interior, Fire Police and major five star Hotels & Resorts of Qatar. Our attractive & notable packaging distinguishes us from rest of the players in markets. To ensure that ‘perfect’ taste in our Arabic Sweets, we take special care that the Sweets are prepared by and under strict supervision of Arabic Nationals and likewise Bakery products are under supervision of experienced & qualified Baking Technologists. Special training is given to the workforce of the Bakery to uphold high level of hygienic principles. We proudly aver that we pursue World Class stringent cleaning practices in our Bakery. Strict microbiological tests are being carried out in our QC Lab to ensure the perfect quality of all our Bakery items. Bread is a fast perishable item; therefore, to ensure that the Bread reaches the Customers absolutely fresh, we pay special attention to our Supply Chain Mechanism that enables us to cater to big orders in shortest possible time. The Bakery runs continuously for 24 hours a day & 7 days a week and being located in the same campus as of our Flour Mill, there is sustained fulfilment of freshest ingredients from the Mill. A large and state-of-art infrastructure and logistics ensures least of the lead-time between production and consumption. You may spot the Mercedes Vans of our Bakery Division sprinting round the clock on roads of Qatar delivering fresh Bakery Products to retail shops and outlets.
